No, you do not need to be on assignment with Utility Staffing Group to become a Utility Staffing Group ambassador and refer candidates!
How will Utility Staffing Group know when to pay me?
We utilize a system that keeps tracks of hours worked and who referred each candidate, so when your candidate meets the threshold we will issue a payout by the end of the following calendar week.
